krainboltgreene: Working at a job that you hate will ultimately make you bitter and jaded. It isn't good for your moral, and eventually the people you work with will feel it.
krainboltgreene: If your next job is secure enough, I suggest taking it.
krainboltgreene: Life isn't worth living without a few risks, I believe.

krainboltgreene: Would your boss be sympathetic to your situation? Perhaps you can work part time as a consultant until they find a replacement?
